This past summer the 2012 Alberta Summer Games were held here in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Our city played host to the multi-day sporting event and the 3,000 + athletes that traveled from all over the Province to participate. It was a huge event and the Organization Committee and Volunteers did an outstanding job of pulling it all together.
Lethbridge Web Design Inc. was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to contribute to the 2012 ASG as a sponsor. Lethbridge Web Design Inc. worked closely with their Organization Committee to develop a website that would allow them to effectively market and promote the Alberta Summer Games as well as attract additional sponsors to the event.
The website, which can be seen here: www.2012albertasummergames.ca, enabled the Organization Committee to not only communicate with athletes, volunteers and sponsors in the months leading up to the event, but to post results updates, photos and news releases as they happened.
This 'Sponsor Appreciation Gift' was delivered to our door a few days ago and was a very pleasant surprise! Accompanied by a Thank You Letter, the beautifully framed photo and silver medal will hang proudly on the Lethbridge Web Design Inc. wall for years to come.
It was our honor and pleasure to be able to contribute to such an incredible event that promotes teamwork, community-involvement and an active, healthy lifestyle.
